These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aura Dating website, application and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously removed from the Services for a violation of these terms.
• You must not be listed on any government prohibited-persons list, or be a registered sex offender.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, which are used to generate astrological insights. Inaccurate birth details will produce inaccurate insights.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.
• Notify us immediately at support@auradating.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

While using Aura, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk or defame any other user.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise unlawful content.
• Solicit money, promote commercial services, or run scams of any kind.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship intentions.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to interfere with the Services or their security.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the photos, text and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Aura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and adapt that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you share, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Aura provides astrological and compatibility insights for entertainment, reflection and guidance purposes. They are not a prediction, guarantee or professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Aura does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline.

• Meet in public places for the first few dates and tell a friend where you are going.
• Never send money or share financial details with someone you met on Aura.
• Report suspicious behaviour to us at support@auradating.co.in.

Some features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Prices are displayed before purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by writing to support@auradating.co.in. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services.

On termination, we retain and delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Dating disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or your interactions with other users.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app, by email, or on this page. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
